I am a teacher, guide and speaker. I teach about love and connection, about the intersection of spirituality and sexuality, the importance of self love and how to sculpt a loving relationship with ourselves.

I teach my classes in person and online. My classes are warm, relatable and pragmatic. Guests leave with a new perspective on themselves, inspired to grow, change and feel they have the tools to begin.
One on One Guidance
A space held in unconditional love and whole heart compassion, to reflect back to you the beauty of your soul. We will work gently but deeply to find the patterns and beliefs that are asking to be seen.
Gasp Sexual Healing
Gasp is a book of teachings, erotica, poetry and art. It has a pure purpose: To create more love in the world by making more love.
About Me: I found over the years that telling my stories helps others to understand themselves, and to turn towards more loving ways. I am really only interested in helping.
